• obtaining title searches, commitments and policies for purchase and loan transactions from local companies
• providing escrow and settlement services
• coordinating all phases of multi-site transactions to meet time deadlines and customer requirements
• providing detailed order tracking and project cost information

ATG also provides Consulting services that are customized on a case by case basis for a customer's specific needs. These services include analysis and recommendations to counsel for purchasers, investors, and lenders on title issues, title insurance coverages, title insurance claims, litigation, negotiation, review and evaluation of transactions or cases involving these issues.
